Privacy Policy

Pictivate stores minimal data necessary to operate the app, including your Shopify store domain, an access token, and video metadata. Generated media may be stored in Google Cloud Storage. You can request deletion at any time.

• Authentication and product data are accessed per Shopify scope consent.
• We use Google services (Vertex AI, Cloud Storage) to generate and host videos.
• We do not sell personal data.

Terms of Service

By using Pictivate, you agree to our fair‑use policy, responsibility for content you generate, and adherence to Shopify and Google policies. Service is provided “as is” with reasonable efforts to maintain uptime.

• Credits are consumed when a generation is started.
• We may change pricing and features with notice.
• Refunds handled case‑by‑case per local law.
